In short
Yes. You can log expenses with no signal and Kesef syncs them on its own once you're back online. Nothing gets lost because you were on the subway or travelling: transactions are saved on the phone and, if you have an account, they upload when there's internet.
What does need a connection is whatever depends on an external service: voice logging (the audio is transcribed on a server), Chat, the exchange rate when logging an expense in another currency, and the Mercado Pago and Apple Pay integrations. Logging by hand, seeing your numbers and editing always work.
