How much does Kesef cost?
Downloading and using Kesef is free, on both iPhone and Android. Logging, groups and sync have no cap on the free plan. Kesef Pro is optional and costs USD 3 per month or USD 20 per year: it removes the ads, lifts the caps on tags, budgets and recurring entries, and adds detailed insights and Excel export.
Do I need an account to use Kesef?
No. You open Kesef and start using it, with no email and no password: your expenses stay on your phone. The account is optional and does one thing — sync across devices and join groups. You create it with Apple or Google when you need it, not before.
Does it work offline?
Yes. You can log expenses with no signal and Kesef syncs them on its own once you're back online. Nothing gets lost because you were on the subway or travelling.
Do my expenses sync across devices?
Yes, by creating the optional account with Apple or Google. With the account active, an expense you log on your phone shows up on your other devices without exporting or importing anything. Without an account Kesef works just the same, but the data lives only on that phone.
Which currencies does it support?
More than 60, with real-time conversion: dollars, euros, pesos, reais and the rest. It works whether you earn in one currency and spend in another, or you're just travelling.
How do I split expenses with a group?
You create a group, add the shared expense, and Kesef works out who owes whom. You invite people with a link and it's free for everyone: whoever receives it doesn't need a subscription to join.
Can I log expenses by voice?
